A hands-on writing workshop which presents a concrete procedure for building skill as a writer using a structured, sequential
approach delivered in multi-sensory methods that can benefit all learners. A global view of the "big writing picture"
begins with a way to generate ideas, the formatting of the Basic Paragraph through the use of a Web Sheet (graphic organizer),
progresses through the steps to the Expanded Paragraph, and then concludes with explanation of the logical next step--the
Multi-paragraph Essay.
